We also have a moral duty to respond to the wide social diversity within our community, and make sure we reflect this in our policies and procedures, and in practice through the day-to-day delivery of our services to the customer.
Our Equality Strategy, which has been drawn up with the involvement of tenants, staff and Board Members, sets out our principles and provides a strategic framework through which we will fulfil our obligations. It demonstrates our commitment to eliminating discrimination, identifying and removing barriers, providing equal opportunities for our Customers, Staff and Board Members, and ensuring that no one feels excluded or disadvantaged.
