Following the tragic events at Grenfell Tower in London, Calico Homes would like to reassure our customers that all of our properties meet rigorous safety standards, and we are continually reviewing our processes to ensure that our homes are safe and secure for our customers.
Calico Homes do not have any high rise tower blocks, our highest buildings are three floors, and we have not at any point used the cladding that was installed at Grenfell Tower.
We work with the local fire authorities on a regular basis, and we have commenced a review of our fire safety advice given to tenants.
We welcome any investigation that will enable housing providers to further ensure the safety and security of the public.
