We celebrate diversity through our internal “This is Me” networking groups, which bring together colleagues from various backgrounds, including Youth, Ability, Ethnic Minority, Neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, and Seniors.
These groups empower individuals to share their lived experiences, champion inclusion, and shape our company’s culture and decisions. “This is Me” is all about embracing who we are and creating a workplace where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
