The first customers have moved into Calico Homes’ new housing development on Melrose Avenue, Hargher Clough.
The new development includes 31 units, a mix of two and three bedroom houses and a bungalow.
The new development follows Calico Homes’ £1.6million improvements to the appearance and insulation of existing properties in the Hargher Clough area, and the completion of new developments in Briercliffe, and on Pomfret Street and Blannel Street.
