National Lockdown – 5 January 2021

With the announcement of another National Lockdown, I recognise it continues to be a really difficult time for everybody – particularly those who isolated and vulnerable.

We understand that our services will be very busy and we will continue to do the best we can to support our customers.

Thankfully, as a result of the work our teams have already done over the past few months, we expect this lockdown to have a minimal impact on how we are currently delivering services.

Our teams have ensured that the right COVID safety measures are in place to continue to provide essential support for our customers, and we do not expect any significant changes in the way our teams work.

As the number of COVID cases are increasing across our community, it is more important than ever that everyone continues to follow guidelines to keep yourself, your families and each other safe.
