Second lockdown

Firstly, I hope everyone is keeping safe and well.

As the country prepares to enter a second lockdown, I thought it important to update you on what that means for The Calico Group, our customers and partners.

We know that this will continue to be a difficult time for everyone, and we know this means there will continue to be an even greater demand on our services, as there has been since March.

During this second lockdown however, we do not anticipate that there will be any significant changes to our services, and we are still providing support for everybody who needs it.

Our teams are working carefully, and well within the safe guidelines to protect our customers colleagues and the community.

We remain committed to ensuring that those in greatest need, such as people with vulnerabilities, who are homeless, or are escaping abusive homes remain our top priority, as we have done since the pandemic started.

We are still playing an active role in Burnley Together, and supporting other local hubs across our region, to provide help for people who have been affected the most during the pandemic.

We will also continue to work closely with our local partners as we have done so far this year. We know we have an important role to play in the local economy and the impact this has on jobs and lives across within our communities.
