Flexible, tailored housing solutions for specialist client groups. This includes finding properties, contracts management, licencing, housing management and the coordination of repairs and maintenance.

Community substance misuse services

Fully integrated recovery and clinical services which focuses on a “Connect, Dependence, Freedom” model and enables service users to access end-to-end treatment and care, with a focus on moving through the service to achieve abstinence.

Offender health and wellbeing services

Clinical and psycho-social services within prisons and a full range of community wellbeing, rehousing and training programmes pre and post-release.

Personal health budgets

Working with a range of partners to develop and manage personalised health and care plans – helping patients to take control of the health needs and live life to the fullest.

Complex needs support

At our two purpose-built sites, we accommodate and support people with complex needs who are homeless or referred for safe refuge. Support can be delivered alongside drug and alcohol recovery programmes to help people take back control of their lives and move forward.

Homelessness

A state of the art homelessness project, community outreach projects and support. We offer support for complex needs homelessness and combined approaches to improve people’s health, wellbeing and employability.

Residential and dementia care

Services for high dependency care needs and people living with dementia. Barley View in Whitworth is the first of our new residential purpose-built care facilities.

Floating support and refugees

Working with a number of local authorities across the North of England to provide services to help people find accommodation and to sustain their tenancies. Our services provides support to anyone who needs help to set up and sustain a home, and live independently.

Education and Training

Promoting the advancement of education, training and the relief of unemployment of people who are unemployed, low paid, low skills or have no skills. We also provide contract services for local authorities.

Acorn Recovery Projects

Acorn Recovery Projects has been successfully providing abstinence-based drug and alcohol treatments since 1997. We have developed supported accommodation to offer longer term assistance and have a range of bespoke therapy programmes aimed at: supporting people with an alcohol or drug addiction problems; helping their families and dependants
