A Burnley resident has been awarded a £400 shopping voucher as a thank you for completing the Calico Homes ‘Views for Vouchers’ satisfaction survey.
The ‘Views for Vouchers’ scheme encourages all customers to complete a short survey to give Calico Homes an insight into their views, understand where changes are needed and to measure the effectiveness of previous initiatives that have been implemented.
This service offers important feedback and creates an additional platform for customers to give valuable input about the services provided, giving Calico Homes the opportunity to improve their service to customers.
Esther Wilson, of Ennismore Street, Burnley, was randomly selected as the winner of the top prize and was gifted with vouchers by Calico Homes as a token of appreciation for her feedback.
Esther has lived on the street for more than 25 years and is a popular member of the local community, offering support and advice to her neighbours and is affectionately referred to as ‘Nan’ by younger residents.
Esther said: “I never win anything so this was a lovely surprise. I don’t usually fill in the Views for Vouchers surveys so am very glad I did this time.
“When Andrea from Calico Homes called to tell me that I’d won £400 worth of vouchers, I couldn’t believe it. I decided to get mine for Asda to help me with food and clothes shopping.”
