Calico is encouraging residents to have fun, enjoy delicious food, and learn more about healthy lifestyles with a free Living Well Event.
The aim of the Living Well Event, which will be held on Tuesday 18th July, 1-4pm, at Calico’s offices on Centenary Court, Croft Street, Burnley, is to promote a healthier lifestyle for all.
Food will be available, kindly provided by Calico’s Bean Good Coffee Shop.
Attendees will be able to take part in a fun raffle with a range of prizes, and to enjoy a performance from the Calico Choir.
There will also be an opportunity to gather information about leading a healthier lifestyle, and how Calico and other services can help with this.
Michael Turberfield, Independent Living Officer for Calico, said:
“We would like as many people as possible to come along to our Living Well Event. It’s a great opportunity to try new things, learn about the benefits of leading a healthier life, and to just enjoy themselves.”
