As with most organisations in the North West, we are working amid a high number of Covid cases across our communities.

We would like to thank our customers and partners for their patience during this time, as we see an impact on our ability to answer calls as quickly as we would like.

Calico services are continuing to be delivered to a high standard, despite the ongoing crisis – and our commitment to our customers is as strong as ever.

We are still ensuring that the people with the greatest need are always our top priority and I am proud to say that our teams are responding amazingly well to every challenge. I would like to thank them for all their hard work.

I am also pleased to have announced our new hospital development alongside our partners this week – at a time when so much focus is on protecting the most vulnerable in society, this project offers real hope for people for years to come.
