The Calico Group’s reputation as a successful local employer has been strengthened thanks to a prestigious win at a local business awards ceremony.
The Group was named Employer of the Year at the 2018 Lancashire Business Awards, which recognises and celebrates business success throughout the county.
The award recognises The Calico Group as a dedicated and supportive local employer, transforming cultures, and managing change with professionalism and highly regarded communications.
The win reflects The Calico Group’s reputation as a forward thinking organisation where people are proud to work, with staff that have the ability and opportunity to develop, and who are in turn best placed to deliver the services that are essential to customers and their wellbeing.
Jade Haigh, Project Coordinator and one of The Calico Group’s newest members of staff, was proud to accept the award on behalf the company.
She said:
